Delete Your Kinetriq Account

You can delete your Kinetriq account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

### Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Kinetriq.

2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

3. Confirm when prompted.

Your account is deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.

### Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, or you cannot sign in, email

support@kinetriq.net from the email address associated with your Kinetriq account and include the subject line "Delete my account."

We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before deleting it. We respond to deletion requests within 30 days.

### What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

- Your account and sign-in record, including your email address

- Your profile information, including your name if you provided one

- Your subscription and entitlement records

- Any promotional or comp code redemptions tied to your account

### What is kept, and for how long

We retain anonymized transaction records — purchase and refund history with the user reference removed, so the records can no longer be linked back to you. These are kept to meet financial, tax, and legal recordkeeping obligations, typically for seven years.

### Data stored on your device

Your workout history, saved videos, and movement analysis are stored on your device only and are

never uploaded to us. Deleting your account does not erase them from your phone. To remove that

data, delete the Kinetriq app or clear its data in your device settings.

### About your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play

or the Apple App Store, not by Kinetriq, so they must be cancelled separately:

- Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Kinetriq →

  Cancel

- iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Kinetriq → Cancel Subscription

Cancel before deleting your account, otherwise billing continues.
